The singer just let her fans know she’s been dealing with something serious behind the scenes, a major surgery, and a recovery that hasn’t gone as smoothly as she hoped.

“I’m sorry you’re not seeing as much of me as I would like. I had major surgery a few days ago,” she wrote.

“I was hoping it would be a quick recovery but it was more complicated than they expected,” she said.
