Tuesday night’s instalment picked up right where the drama left off, and wasted absolutely no time reminding viewers why this show has a stranglehold on Nigerian entertainment. Within minutes, it was clear that the real story was never what happened inside Biggie’s house. It was everything that happened after the cameras stopped rolling. Friendships tested. Feelings ignored. And now, finally, the truth coming out under studio lights, whether anyone was ready for it or not. Here’s the full recap:
Victory vs. Gigi: When Love Turns to War
This was the segment that broke the internet.
Victory and Gigi continued seeing each other after leaving the house, but sitting on that reunion couch, it was clear they remembered things very differently. Victory described Gigi as manipulative and evasive.
Gigi looked at him like he was talking about a stranger, and eventually broke down, visibly overwhelmed by how he chose to characterise her.
What made it worse was how Victory spoke. His words were cutting in a way that crossed a line for many viewers, and social media immediately resurface old accusations of misogyny that had followed him during the main show. By the time the episode ended, he was trending, and not in a good way.
Dede Arrives With Receipts and Kola Was Short Of Words
If Victory vs Gigi was the emotional centrepiece, Dede vs Kola was the most satisfying segment of the night.
Kola has made a habit of publicly dismissing Dede, barely acknowledging her, referring to her dismissively on camera. What he did not expect was for Dede to show up fully prepared. She calmly pointed out that this same man who barely acknowledges her publicly had been privately texting her, inviting her out, and on one occasion, following her to speak to her at an event.
Kola insisted things were exaggerated. Dede did not flinch. She never raised her voice, and that composure made her argument ten times more powerful to watch.
Jason Jae and Sultana Finally Clear the Air
Not every moment was a clash. Jason Jae and Sultana took a more reflective tone as they addressed their much-debated situationship from the season.
Both agreed that what they shared inside the house was genuine but never officially romantic. Sultana earned particular praise for how confidently she corrected the narrative that she had been the one chasing the connection. She was calm, clear, and completely unbothered, and viewers loved her for it.
With several major housemates still waiting for their turn on the reunion couch, the season’s most talked-about relationships and rivalries may yet produce even bigger confrontations in the days ahead
If Episodes 1 and 2 set the tone, we’re seeing the beginning of something much deeper than typical reality TV drama
